The equipment is equipped with a drying zone, and the heating method utilizes electric (quartz tube) heating (a gas biomass pellet heating system can also be configured if needed), with an adjustable temperature range from room temperature to 300°C. It includes systems for insulation, exhaust ventilation, temperature control, and mist extraction, ensuring the equipment maintains an adjustable constant temperature.
When the workpiece enters the drying zone from the loading area, it moves at a speed of 0.5-3 m/min, undergoes drying at the set temperature, and is then unloaded. The drying furnace is equipped with air circulation and exhaust systems to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece within the system and to extract waste gas and mist, preventing pollution of the workshop environment.
